Megan + Chris [Portraits]

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of taking my best friend and her man's pictures.  There's nothing quite like watching your best friend fall in love.  Truly, it's one of the most joyous experiences.  I was looking for a few models to do some different, fun shoots, and they agreed!  We grabbed some Holi Powder and had fun with it!  These two are a great reminder of how much fun love can be...

Dami Ajijolaiya: Senior

I had the wonderful honor of meeting Dami and her sweet mother and sister.  They were so much fun to be with, and I loved taking her senior pictures!  Dami is a senior at Deer Creek and is planning to go to either OU or Baylor to study biology.  Thanks for letting me take your pictures Dami!  Have a wonderful rest of your senior year!!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving from Makenzi Ryanne Photography!  I took this during a shoot last night.  I just love living in Oklahoma and having a job that allows me to enjoy the beauty all around.  God's so good.  There's so much to be thankful for.  What are you thanking Him for today?

The Byers: Family

The Byers are a jewel of a family.  If you don't know them, you should find a way to get to know them.  I'm not kidding-- get to know them!  I took their family photos last week and wanted to share a few.  The glory of Christ shines all over them.  Enjoy!!

Hannah Elliott: Senior

I'm so glad I met this beautiful senior!  I had so much fun hanging out with her and her family during the shoot.  She is graduating this spring and plans to go to the University of Oklahoma (woot!).  Good luck Hannah.  Thanks so much for letting me take your pictures!

The Van Meters: Family

And so begins a string of blog posts.  I'm so behind!  Last month I had the opportunity to take the Van Meter's family pictures.  This family is particularly special to me.  We've been friends since the cradle, and I consider them family.  Taking pictures of such beautiful people who love each other so much is just easy.  Love you guys!!

End of Year Shoots

IT'S ALMOST CHRISTMAS!!! = ) Time is running out to get your pictures taken before the end of the year, and I am running out of spots!  If you are wanting to get in some last minute portraits for Christmas cards or to turn in for senior pictures, now is the time to book!!  Please note that as we draw nearer to Christmas, there will be a fee to get your pictures edited so that you can get Christmas cards ordered and sent out.  The fee for this rush (which will get you your pictures in two days) will be $50.  Thank you for your understanding and blessings during this lovely holiday season...
